The Hill House
A bright top-floor apartment with a private patio over the city. Off-street parking for two, air conditioning, a properly stocked kitchen — steps from Water Street.
The Hill Flat
A main-floor flat with vintage character — retro kitchen, hardwood floors, a private deck with the barbecue. Ten minutes on foot from George Street.
The LaCour House
A restored heritage house on Quidi Vidi Road — original hardwood, a marble fireplace, Tiffany lamps. Walk to the lake, the brewery, and Water Street.
Harbour & Hills Farm
A small market garden in Harbour Main, forty-five minutes west of St. John’s, fed the old way for this shore — kelp off the beach, manure, compost and lime; nothing synthetic. Not certified organic. The stand is open daily. Ten weekly shares in town are planned for 2027 — the soil makes the call, and it’s money back for any week we can’t deliver.
When the garden allows, the welcome basket in each house has vegetables we grew. Salad greens under plastic; cabbage, carrot, potato, beet, turnip and garlic in the field.

What’s on the table changes day to day — vegetables from the garden, and baked things on their days: sourdough one day, cinnamon rolls another, all of it vegan and gluten-free. We post the day’s table and the weekly specials each morning on our Facebook page.
